Land Resource Recycling Management was formed in the mid 1980s to serve the regulated community who was dealing with the pressing problem if disposal of biosolids and residuals generated in their processes. Although the problem centered around the biosolids generated at POTWs, residuals from almost any operation was becoming increasing regulated and the disposal options more limited. In the mid-1990s, with the implementation of the Federal 503 regulations, the permitting process in many states became muddled. As a result of these changes and the addition of staff with industrial expertise, LRRM shifted its focus to include industrial residuals. In the recent past, LRRM has proven itself as one of the premier companies in the US in handling tough recycling problems at a reasonable cost.
